EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between Nov 1 - Dec 31 may be returned until January 31, 2024.

RETURNS

Purchases are eligible for return 30 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and are accepted on full priced items only. All Clearance & Sale item sales are final and NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange

Gift cards are NOT eligible for refund.

HOW TO RETURN - Please use the returns portal HERE to request your return.

To begin your return, you will need your order number.
This can be found on the outside label of your package,
or in your Order Confirmation and Order Shipped/Tracking Emails.

Once requested, Securely pack your item(s), with the original tags attached, and send using the pre-paid shipping label.

PLEASE NOTE: When making a return, a $9.95 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once your return has been initiated you will have 28 days to ship your items before your label expires. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our distribution center. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ONLY

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

Exchanges (International Only)

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email customerservice@clothingbymajestic.com to ensure that the new item is available and start the process
